Joanne works on the Sales Ledger for Allium Environmental Ltd, processing completed customer jobs through to invoicing, liaising with customers on their questions, credit control and helping regional and accounting colleagues with queries.

Leah has excellent customer skills ensuring that our clients enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner.

As an Enquiries Co-Ordinator Leah will deal with the initial enquiry, offering specific advice, support and guidance with reference to the enquiry. Leah is responsible for booking in the projects in line with the client’s expectations as well as being their point of contact throughout the works.

Amy is responsible for overseeing the technical review and report generation, her responsibilities is ensuring the team provides technically correct reports in a timely manner to our clients.

Amy is the point of contact for the typing and auditing team, offering support and coaching to new employees and will also act as point of contact for quality and delivery of asbestos reports.

Having strong organisational and management skills enables Amy to lead her team of administrators.

As project administrator Meghan’s role is key to the successful delivery of projects and maintaining contact with the client throughout the life cycle of the works. Meghan has excellent communication skills which provides our clients with confidence the works will be carried out on time and in line with their requirements.

Steve is Allium’s Water Hygiene Risk Assessor and responsible for evaluating, managing the potential risks of legionella bacteria growth within our clients portfolio of properties. Steve provides detailed records and assessments, test results and risk analysis to ensure our clients are compliant and mitigating the risks from Legionella.

With is knowledge of the industry Steve is able to offer technical support to clients with regards to water hygiene management.

Darren brings over 18 years of experience in the asbestos industry, having spent his entire career with a leading asbestos consultancy. He began his journey as a trainee air tester in 2007 and progressed through the business to become Deputy Technical Director before joining Allium.

He holds the full suite of BOHS qualifications, alongside the Certificate of Competence in Asbestos — the highest professional qualification within the industry — ensuring the very highest standards of technical expertise and compliance.

Outside of work, Darren volunteers as Match Day Coordinator for Taunton Rugby Club and enjoys walking his dogs and spending quality time with his family.

I have been with Allium since 2016, working with multiple departments including the report writing team, operations and booking, business development, quality management and latterly the laboratory gaining a P401 qualification. Most recently I have been working with the operations and booking team, specifically as key contact for several clients including Winchester City Council.

My background prior to Allium mostly revolved around the tourism and hospitality industry particularly in luxury hotels and resorts with a brief forays into a disaster relief charity and a financial advisors, diversifying my customer service skills and adding a further level of detail orientation and adaptability.

I am an Operations Administrator at Allium Environmental, where I support the smooth day-to-day running of the business. I am often the first point of contact for our clients, managing enquiries and ensuring clear, timely communication between customers and the operations team. I take pride in being organised, responsive and approachable, helping to ensure that each project progresses efficiently from initial enquiry through to delivery.
