The programme automatically generates interactive photo registers of each property surveyed which are fully searchable for high risk situations, types and condition of acms, number of asbestos incidences and many other user programmable criteria.

Where asbestos removal works are undertaken or re-inspections occur, the amended details can be uploaded onto Alpha Tracker to ensure the asbestos registers held are current. All associated asbestos removal certificates and waste transfer documents can be stored on the system, alongside the specific property.
