Bristol City Council’s domestic property portfolio encompasses approximately 30,000 social housing properties, and Allium plays a key role in supporting the Council’s air monitoring requirements for both emergency and planned maintenance works.
Our asbestos air monitoring services are integral to the operations of the Void Management, Response Repairs, and Planned Programme teams. These services ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, safeguarding both void and occupied properties by minimising risks associated with airborne asbestos fibres.
A key part of our work is delivering four-stage clearance procedures, a vital step in ensuring areas as safe for reoccupation after asbestos removal.
