Allium are delighted to be appointed as the asbestos consultant for the Hotel Victoria Newquay, where a comprehensive demolition and refurbishment survey was carried out throughout the Hotel and former nightclub.
Nicholas James Group recently acquired the historic and much loved hotel, which they intend to refurbish the hotel to its former glory as a cornerstone of Newquay’s vibrant hospitality scene. The hotel will remain closed during the extensive refurbishment works.
The report consisted of over 500 pages of data consisting of non-licence and licence material and description of non-asbestos material on a room-by-room basis.
Allium will support NJG with future remediation ensuring all future asbestos works are undertaken safely and in line with the clients’ requirements.
