Allium - Landmark Services Asbestos Surveys

Landmarc Support Services – Asbestos Surveys

Following a comprehensive tender process, Allium Environmental were delighted to be awarded a significant project by Landmarc Support Services, a leading provider of integrated support services to the military and defence sectors. The project involved approximately 200 management surveys across five locations in the South West. The primary objective was to conduct individual Asbestos Management Surveys and produce detailed reports for each asset. The surveys were to be carried out in accordance with HSG264 Asbestos: The Survey Guide and our UKAS accreditation.

There were a number of challenges to overcome including the challenge of conducting surveys on live operational sites with ongoing activities necessitated meticulous planning and coordination to ensure minimal disruption. A further critical aspect of the project was the timeframe. All surveys and reports needed to be completed within a two-month period to meet operational deadlines.

The project highlighted the importance of effective pre-planning and dedicated teams of surveyors when conducting asbestos management surveys in live operational environments. It reinforced Allium Environmental’s commitment to delivering high-quality results within challenging timelines. The successful completion of this extensive asbestos management project underlines Allium Environmental’s capability to handle large-scale, time-sensitive projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance. The collaborative effort with Landmarc Support Services exemplifies our dedication to supporting clients in meeting their asbestos
management objectives.
