Allium are delighted to announce that we have recently been awarded the Investors in People’s ‘We invest in people’ accreditation. Our award is thanks to the dedication and hard work from all of the company, every single day.
Since gaining the We Invest in People award for the first time in 2022, Allium Environmental Ltd have gone through changes in location (having moved offices), formed an Employee Owned Trust (EOT) and introduced a new specific HR role to support people further. It was clear from IIP’s assessment that our people appreciate and are positive about these developments and we are already seeing a positive impact.
Investor in People’s interviews with the team highlighted some key points that we should all be proud of:
