Jo is a valued member of Allium Environmental’s Accounts Team, where she manages the full process of converting completed customer jobs into accurate and timely invoices. She liaises directly with customers to resolve account queries, oversees credit control, and supports both regional and accounting colleagues with day-to-day enquiries.
Always willing to assist wherever she can, Jo takes pride in being a dependable and supportive team member. She also raises purchase orders, manages supplier purchases when required, ensures the office is well stocked with essentials and refreshments, and prepares detailed sales reports for management. In addition, Jo issues statements to account customers, helping to keep operations running smoothly.
Outside of work, Jo enjoys long walks with her cocker spaniel, weekend breakfasts with family, relaxed evenings catching up with close friends, and going out for family meals.
