Shannon’s role within Allium is Operations Team Lead where she carries-out many duties, including; ensuring that the operatives’ diaries are efficiently filled, that Allium is on-track with agreed client and company KPIs, plus weekly statistics reporting to the management team.
With her excellent customer relationship skills, Shannon also corresponds with our clients direct on a daily basis as well as dealing with their customers when required.
Working very closely with our clients, Shannon ensures that they are kept updated on projects and provides relevant data to deliver the works in-line with agreed KPI’s.
When she’s not at work, Shannon loves diving in to a good book. In fact, she’s currently taking part in a 100 book reading challenge! One of her favourites (among many) is the ACOTAR series by Sara J. Maas, a fantasy series that follows the story of Feyre Archeron and her journey through the faerie lands of Prythian. Shannon also goes to the Gym 6 days a week and enjoys watching her boyfriend playing cricket when she can.
