Allium are delighted to have been awarded a service level agreement with Livability to undertake asbestos surveying, management and consultancy works for their portfolio of properties throughout the UK.

Livability is a charity that is committed to enabling people with disabilities to live the life they want to lead. With 96 disability care locations, including supported living, residential care and day services: a special school and a further education college; a wellbeing discovery centre set in 350 acres; independent and supported living programmes for people with disabilities; rehabilitation centres for brain and spinal injury.

At Allium we understand the extra care and awareness when working in occupied premises with residents requiring disability care, education and rehabilitation. That’s why it’s important that all Allium employees go the extra mile to ensure there is minimum disruption when undertaking our works.

Julian House, Managing Director, commented:

“We are absolutely thrilled to be awarded these works and I have every confidence in the Allium team, they will deliver a service which is line with Livability expectations and provide a professional service and we look forward to good working relationship moving forward.”
