Since 2015, Allium Environmental have supported Cornwall Housing with their planned Kitchen, Bathroom, Windows & Doors refurbishment project. We have undertaken Asbestos Refurbishment Surveys and Asbestos Management Surveys to both occupied and void properties. Since beginning the contract, we have completed approximately 4000 surveys on their social housing properties.
Our large network of Cornwall-based Asbestos Surveyors allows us to react quickly to any asbestos related issues, where we will be on hand to advise Cornwall Housing and their tenants and offer rapid remediation. Our close working relationship means that we meet regularly with key stakeholders to ensure that we are all meeting the agreed KPIs and quality standards.
