With our ever growing client base and growing order book Allium have taken on some new team members to assist the different departments who all work together to create the professional business that we are.
Gabriele, who outside of work enjoys yoga, reading and learning languages has been enlisted to assist in the busy operations department. Gabby will be helping with taking new enquiries, organising the calendar and liaising with our clients. If you haven’t already, you will more than likely speak to Gabriele in the future when you call us with an enquiry.
Another important role within Allium is the typing of the reports. Once our surveyors on site have collected the survey data our system generates this into a draft report. This report then has to be checked, amended and issued by the typists. Alicia is the newest member to join this department. As well as having great attention to detail, which is important for the job Alicia is also very creative and outside of work enjoys crafting, crocheting, reading and writing.
We would also like to welcome a new face to our onsite surveying team. These are people that our clients will see most of as these are the people who carry out the survey.
Jo, who has been taken on as a trainee surveyor will be learning the trade. He will spend a closely supervised period working under our senior surveyors, learning all there is to know before going out to undertake surveys of his own.
Jo has said that he has enjoyed the first part of his training and can’t wait to learn more about the industry.
Last but not least, we would like to welcome Will to the Business Development team. BD is a vital part of the business tasked with meeting new clients, nurturing existing clients and finding new opportunities. Having just graduated from Bath University with a degree in International Business, Will already has many of the skills required for the role, he will initially be assisting with following up on quotations, finding new opportunities and marketing.
I am sure you will join us in welcoming them all to the team!
