Start Software, the development company behind the Asbestos Management software we use at Allium, have been working for months on an important report about the state of asbestos in schools and hospitals (in particular). The report is an analysis of 3 million+ samples from ten of the biggest asbestos consultancies in the UK. Start Software provided summarised, anonymised, non-attributable data from a representative sample of some of the largest UKAS-accredited asbestos sampling companies in the country of which Allium was delighted to contribute. For the first time, a statistically significant number of positive asbestos samples (over 1 million) has been analysed by property type including education, healthcare & domestic homes.
