
As Allium continues to expand its geographic boundaries, working nationally and offering more services our workforce naturally expands to cover the additional workload. With more projects to quote and then more bookings to make the team has been under pressure to maintain our strict KPIs.
Leanne has joined us to bolster the booking team and she’s fitted right in to the busy department. We’re sure your experiences dealing with Leanne will be very positive indeed as her organisational skills and commitment to customer satisfaction perfectly fit the aspirations of our business.
Leanne says:
“I’m really enjoying working for Allium, everyone has been so welcoming and helpful. In my previous roles I have worked for a high street bank as a Counter Manager and more recently for local government working within the planned maintenance and responsive repairs department as a Technical Support Officer. Working in a planned maintenance and responsive repair role I have strong organisational skills which I have brought to my role at Allium. I also have experience working as a Customer Relations Coordinator and I am passionate about providing excellent customer service. I hope that I will continue to improve my knowledge of Allium and all of the services we offer our clients and become a key member of the team. Outside of work I like exploring Cornwall and do a lot of coast path walking. I am quite artistic and love creating things out of driftwood and things I find on the beach. I have rescue chickens and guinea pigs.”
